Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Soft and Chewy chocolate crinkle cookies


  • All-purpose flour 142g

  • Baking powder 1g

  • Salt 2g

  • Granulated sugar 225g

  • Unsalted butter 50g

  • Cocoa powder 40g

  • Whole eggs 100g

  • Vanilla extract 5g

  • Powdered sugar Coating


  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together and set aside.

  2. With a paddle, mix butter and sugar until combined, then mix in cocoa powder.

  3. Once smooth, add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix to combine.

  4. Add the flour mixture and mix until combined.

  5. Scoop the dough into desired size and chill in the refrigerator until firm.

  6. Preheat oven to 350F.

  7. Roll the dough in powdered sugar and bake at 350F for about 10-13 minutes. (The inside of the cookie should be slightly raw).

  8. Time to TASTE!!!
