Flourless Chocolate Cake

The perfect Gluten-Free, flourless decadence chocolate cake


  • Water 48g

  • Granulated sugar 91g

  • Dark chocolate couverture 183g

  • Whole eggs 170g

  • Unsalted butter 145g


  1. Preheat oven to 300F.

  2. Melt butter and set aside to cool.

  3. Boil water and sugar then add to chocolate and mix well.

  4. Slowly add eggs while mixing.

  5. Add melted, cooled butter and mix well.

  6. Fill mold 3/4 full, and bake in a water bath at 300F for about 30 minutes.

  7. Freeze, unmold, and decorate as desired.

  8. Time to TASTE!!!
