Quick and Easy Croissant Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding Ingredients
Croissants (Costco, 5pcs) 280g
Whole milk 756g
Granulated sugar 180g
Whole eggs (4pcs) 210g
Heavy cream 72g
Vanilla extract 6g
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut bread into 1" cubes and place into your baking dish.
Mix milk, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread and push it down to make sure they are well soaked.
Bake at 350F for 80 minutes.
Make Créme Anglaise (vanilla custard sauce).
Serve bread pudding topped with créme Anglaise.

Créme Anglaise Ingredients
Whole milk 235g
Heavy cream 205g
Granulated sugar 50g
Egg yolks (6 pcs) 100g
Vanilla extract 5g
Bring milk, heavy cream, and half of the sugar to a simmer.
When milk is almost ready, whisk egg yolks with the other half of the sugar.
Temper in half of the hot milk into egg yolks while whisking.
Pour the egg mixture back into the pot, add vanilla extract, and cook over low heat until it thickens. Test by running your finger through the spatula, if the cream doesn't run, it's ready.
Strain and serve.
