Mango Panna Cotta

Easy mango panna cotta with only 4 ingredients

Panna Cotta Ingredients

  • Heavy cream 235g

  • Granulated sugar 40g

  • Gelatin sheet (gold) 4.5g

Fruit Layer Ingredients

  • Mango puree 150g

  • Granulated sugar 30g

  • Gelatin sheet (gold) 4.5g


  1. Bloom both sets of gelatin sheets in cold water in separate bowls.

  2. For the panna cotta, heat heavy cream and sugar just until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Squeeze water from gelatin sheets (4.5g) and stir with heavy cream until the gelatin is dissolved.

  4. For the fruit layer, blend the fruit in a food processor until smooth.

  5. Heat fruit puree with sugar just until sugar dissolves.

  6. Squeeze water from gelatin sheets (4.5g) and add to fruit puree, mix until gelatin has dissolved.

  7. Add cream mixture into the vessel first then a thin layer of fruit mixture, add another layer of cream mixture, and top off with another layer of fruit mixture. Garnish with fresh mango cubes and lime zest.

  8. Place in cooler to set.

  9. Time to TASTE!!!
