Oatmeal White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies


  • Granulated sugar 160g

  • Brown sugar 54g

  • Unsalted Butter (room temperature) 113g

  • Whole egg 50g

  • Vanilla extract 2.5g

  • Cinnamon 1g

  • Baking soda 2.5g

  • Salt 1.5g

  • All-purpose flour 135g

  • Rolled oats 125g

  • Dried cranberries 100g

  • White chocolate chips 170g


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Cream butter with both sugars until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add egg, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

  4. Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and flour and mix well.

  5. Fold in oatmeal, cranberries, and chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop into 1" balls and bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Time to TASTE!!!
