Peanut Butter Blossoms

Classic Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies


  • Unsalted butter (room temperature) 56g

  • Peanut butter 120g

  • Whole eggs 55g

  • Milk 32g

  • Vanilla extract 10g

  • Granulated sugar 108g

  • Brown sugar 112g

  • All-purpose flour 220g

  • Baking soda 6g

  • Salt 3g

  • Chocolate kisses 48pcs


  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Unwrap and place chocolate kisses in the freezer.

  3. Cream butter and peanut butter together until smooth.

  4. Add eggs and mix well.

  5. Add milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

  6. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix until combined. Scrape the bowl.

  7. Add flour and mix until well incorporated.

  8. Shape into 1" balls, roll in granulated sugar, and place them on a sheet pan.

  9. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.

  10. Press chocolate kisses into the cookies while they are hot then immediately place the sheet pan into the freezer for a few minutes. This will prevent the chocolate kisses from melting.

  11. Time to TASTE!!!
